Where can my baby photoshoot in Birmingham take place?
In addition to outdoors, a baby photoshoot in Birmingham can take place at your home or in my in-home studio in Vestavia, AL.
This session took place when baby was 5 months old in the studio. Along with not having to worry about the weather, studio sessions offer simplicity for timeless memories. All distractions and are removed to place the focus directly on your beautiful baby.
How old should my baby be for a baby photoshoot in Birmingham?
Besides the popular newborn, 6 months and 1 year sessions you may choose to have your baby photographed at other times. Other popular options 4 and 8 months.
At 4 months babies are usually showing off their pushing up skills and are starting to show of their personalities.
At 6 months most babies are able to sit on their own or are getting close. Some parents choose to wait till their baby is closer to 7 months old so baby is sitting up nicely.
8 month olds are often getting on all fours and are very busy.
his will vary by child but most babies are walking at this stage.
Can parents and siblings be included in baby photoshoots.

I do suggest family sessions take place outdoors if busy siblings are involved. This gives us plenty of room to have fun with them and keep them engaged.
What do you provide for baby photoshoots?
Along with bloomers for 6 months and under, I provide small, white blankets and have a few outfits available for use.
